Q. What does Pending Status mean?  What is Active status?

Initially, when you sign-up, your workspace is in ‘Pending’ status. In ‘Pending’ status, you can set up your workspace by adding staff, teams and students. You can also start searching for courses and building students’ applications. The only thing you can’t do is submit students’ applications. In order to be granted ‘Active’ status on the platform, you need to complete the verification process called KYC ( Know Your Customer).  Once this is done, you can start submitting student applications.  You will receive a notification via email from us when your workspace becomes ‘Active’


Q. How do I add staff/team members and teams and how do the different permission rights work?

Setting up your staff and teams is a very easy process. All you need to begin is to have Admin access to the platform. Further information can be found here. Note that our Account Managers will be delivering training to you and we also conduct platform training sessions each Monday.


Q. How many users and teams can be added on the platform?

You can have as many users (staff) and teams set up on the platform as you need. However, you have multiple counsellor teams and only one Admin team. 

A member of the Admin team has access to all features of the platform. This is usually reserved for trusted staff members. There are two levels of access for counsellors - full access and partial access.  Full access means they have access to all students.  This is usually for team leaders.  Partial access means the counsellor only has access to the students assigned to them and this access is usually given to team members.
