Your Plan Details

Using My Plan

You can view the details of your plan on the Platform. Details can be updated and managed here.
 

1.   Access the My Plan page 

Click Settings at the bottom of the left-hand navigation bar and then select My Plan.  This will take you to the page with your plan's details.

2.   My Plan

You can view the details of the plan you are currently on. You can also upgrade or downgrade the pricing plan you are on - see information below about how to do this.


3.   Payments

You can view your payment billing cycle and when the next payment is due. You can also update your card details.


4.   My Plan Payment History

This section lists the payments you have made


5.   Billing Details

You can view your current billing address and the contact name for the account.  You can update your contact details and email address.
 

Changing your Plan

Click Change Plan in the My Plan card and then select the plan you want to change to.

CAUTION:   

Changing your subscription plan may affect:

  • the commission amount you receive;

  • the number of your allowable operating countries;

  • the number of student applications you can submit; and/or

  • your ability to participate in institution bonus incentives.

As per our TERMS AND CONDITIONS (https://adventus.io/recruiter-terms/), you are entitled to be paid Full Commission, where you had a Paid Subscription both at the time you lodge the Application and at the time of payment of Commission. If not (subject to the full Terms and Conditions), you are only entitled to Partial Commission. Capitalised terms have the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions.
