How to complete the visa information

You can complete the visa application at any time, but usually after the student application is submitted. The visa application is a single application that includes questions from each country of the institutions that your student shortlisted. If there are questions in the visa application that are similar to those in the student application, these questions will automatically be filled from the student application.

Before institution application submission, you can self-select Self-Processed Visa at the Shortlisting stage (if the option is available) if your preference is to process your student's visa yourself. This decision can be updated at the Review & Submit stage. After institution application submission, our Admissions will manage any change in decision about processing your student's visa.  NOTE: It is important to follow Adventus' visa processing and verification requirements. Completing the Visa Application

1.   Visa Information tab - Located under the Search & Apply menu. It will take you to the visa application form needed for your shortlisted countries.

2.   Countries - This one application form includes all the required questions from the countries of the institutions that were shortlisted.

3.   Application Sections - The number and type of sections displayed will depend upon the countries shown. It is imperative that every question requested on the form be completed, failure to do so will mean longer application processing time as you will need to gain the information from the missed question from your student.

Uploading the Visa Documents

Documents required for the visa application are located in the Document Manager via the Search & Apply menu> Documents.
