Q.  What kind of support do you provide?

We run an extensive training team around the world. We also have a global team in Sri Lanka which is committed to supporting you with any platform issue. If something is not working, we will be there to support you at any time. We have systems and processes in place to provide you with platform related support 24/7.


Q.  What training do we receive in how to use the platform?

We offer you a lot of guidance and support in using the platform. When you sign up to our platform, your Account Manager will conduct platform training as part of your onboarding process. Then we have weekly platform training sessions which are delivered by our Training team. These are delivered every Monday.  On the platform, we have a number of help facilities in our Knowledgebase. These include articles and tutorial videos.

At any time, you can contact your Regional Manager or Account Manager for assistance.


Q.  Will your team guide our counsellors?

Yes, we guide you and your counsellors in using the platform. In case you face any issue, we are there to support you. You can contact your Regional Manager or Account Manager.
