Starting an application
Note: The single application form only includes the questions relating to the institution/s the student has shortlisted. Visa related questions have been separated out into the Visa Information section. Questions completed in the application form that are common to the visa section will be automatically populated into the visa section. In the Student Portal, all questions are listed together.
1. Application Form - under the Search & Apply menu will take you to the application forms needed for your shortlisted institutions.
2. Institutions - This one application form includes all the questions from the institutions you ranked in the previous step.
3. Application Sections - The application form has a number of sections that need to be completed. It is imperative that every question requested on the form be completed, failure to do so will mean longer application processing time as you will need to gain the information from the missed question from your student.
4. Documents - Click to go to the next step, Documents. There will be a set of requested documents the student will have to provide at the application stage, acceptance stage and the visa processing stage. At this step, you will see a combined list of the documents needed at each stage, for all three institutions selected.
