There are four steps to complete before submitting your student's application.

1.   Check the course list is correct

It is very important to check that you check to ensure the courses listed are correct before you submit the application. You will not be able to remove courses from the shortlist after application submission.  If you need to remove a course after application submission, you will need to contact our Global Admissions team by message or email: admissionssupport@adventus.io .  Admissions will be able to remove the course provided an offer (conditional or full) has not been received for the application.

Please note that you will be able to add more courses to the shortlist after application submission unless you have reached the limit allowed for your payment plan.

Course Closed Warning Message

In some situations, a course may become closed for applications after you shortlisted it in your Shortlist.
A red message to this effect will appear at the top of the Review Application page. A 'Closed Course' warning will also display against the relevant course listing.

This course can still be submitted as part of the student application, but it won't be able to be processed by our Admissions team. The course will be rejected.  You may wish to add a different course to the Shortlist, add a Course Recommendation to your Shortlist (if one is available) or wait until applications re-open.  You can find out when applications next re-open in the notification shown in the Course Details page under Course Dates.

2.  Check Visa Application Choice

Check the option you chose at the Shortlisting stage about whether you are intending to process your student's visa or not in the Visa Application section.  You can change your selection here by clicking the down arrow (v) and selecting Edit, if available.

Note:  As visa processing is not relevant for onshore students, the Visa Application section will only include the courses the student has applied for that are offshore. If the student is only applying for onshore courses, the Visa Application section will be hidden altogether.

Further note:  Once the application is submitted, you will not be able to change your decision about whether you will be processing your student's visa or not.  If you need to change your decision, this will be managed by our Admissions team.

3.  Check all the application questions are completed.

4.   Upload any missing required documents.

If any documents are missing you will see a blue alert at the top of the screen.  Scroll down to the Documents section and review any outstanding documents listed.  Click on the Documents button at the bottom of the screen to return to Document Manager to upload the required documents.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS FOR SOME INSTITUTIONS

For a select number of institutions, you will not be able to submit the application unless all the required minimum application documents are uploaded first.

If you are applying for an institution in this situation, the following error message will be shown at the bottom of the Review & Submit page if all the required documents have not been uploaded.

You will also notice that the Submit Application button in the image above is 'greyed out' indicating that submission is not possible until all the required application documents have been uploaded.

When all documents have been uploaded, the Review & Apply page shows a green alert that all documents have been uploaded.  You can view a list of all the uploaded documents in the Documents section.

Where the bundle of applications being applied for do not include any to an institution that requires all minimum application documents to be uploaded prior to admission, if you try to submit your student's application without the required documents uploaded, the following alert will display indicating missing documents.  Click the Amend link to go to Document Manager to upload the outstanding documents.
