Some exciting updates to inform you about this month on the platform!


The New Recruiter Homepage

Are you wondering what the next key tasks are that you need to do for your students? Are you trying to find key information like the latest new messages or your account manager’s contact details?

Gathered all in one place this information and more can now be found on our new Recruiter Homepage.

The Priority Tasks section lists all upcoming tasks and with a simple click will take you to the part of the platform for your student where you can take action and not miss important deadlines.  The task list is colour-coded to show priority urgency - red - for documents requiring to be uploaded; yellow - for more urgent attention; and blue - for information updates.

Other important information on the homepage include a list of the latest messages, account manager contact details and to help you learn more about how to use the platform most effectively - our latest tutorial videos.

There is also information about our latest institution partners and training webinars where you can book in to learn about some of our more popular destinations.

New Adventus.io Policies

Global Code of Conduct

We have recently posted the Adventus.io Global Code of Conduct on our knowledgebase.

The Global Code of Conduct is designed to lay out the minimum standards we expect of you when using the Adventus.io platform. It explains:

  • your responsibilities,
  • your role in upholding and protecting the reputation of Adventus.io and our institutional partners within the international education and training sector
  • the importance of compliance with application laws, regulations and best practices including contractual obligations
  • practices for ethical behaviour

Fraud Detection Guidelines

Our new Fraud Detection Guidelines define fraud and forgery and assist you in identifying how to detect fraudulent or forged student documents.
