We have started the new year with a bang with some great new features on the platform! Read on below.


Quick Add Student

Adding a student to the platform ( relnotejan242.png ) has been simplified down to three key steps including only the critical information needed to begin the counselling process faster:

  • Step 1: Student Profile data and Counsellor details

  • Step 2: Academic and Study Preference details

  • Step 3: Document upload

This provides you with greater clarity about the type of information that is useful to collect about your student.

When you click 'Add Student' a pop-up drawer is shown at the right of the screen for you to start entering in the student details.

Step 1 - adding the student’s details - is the only mandatory step in the process. After entering the student details you can ‘Save’ and begin working with your student.

It is recommended to complete the short steps 2 and 3 as well. Step 2 includes detail about the students academic achievement and their study preferences. These details help tailor the initial course search results to courses that may be suitable to your student that you may wish to consider.

Step 3 allows an upload of four key documents required across the board for all student applications (Academic Transcript, Passport, English Test Results and CV) which will then display in Document Manager, meaning they do not need to be uploaded again.
