Q.  Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time.  Refer to the Recruiter Terms & Conditions for information relating to changing plans and commission etc.


Q.  How do I change my subscription plan?

Changing your plan is very easy. In your workspace, go to Settings, then select My Plan


Q.  Is the payment plan monthly, six-monthly or yearly?

It is usually a  monthly subscription, however, there are times when a yearly subscription is arranged. You can switch plans at any time.


Q.  If I am on the Growth plan, submit an application and then move to the Starter plan. Am I entitled to get 100% commission?

Q.  Does the subscription plan include GST (tax) or do we need to pay it separately?

Refer to section 8 of the Recruiter Terms & Conditions for details about tax.


Q.  If I am on the Growth/Power/Enterprise plan, does that mean I can get 100% commission if the student’s visa is granted?

At the time of applying and getting commission, you must be on the same plan (Growth/Power/Enterprise) to get full commission.


Q.  What is the transaction fee?

Recruiters on Growth, Power or Enterprise plans will receive 100% of the commission from the university. As with any international transfer, a transaction fee applies. 

The transaction fee is the cost covering the processing fees we incur to do business. We need to process commissions from universities to pay our recruiter, and that moves through different countries and causes foreign exchange fees and bank charges. 

To cover these costs, we charge a very small transaction fee of 2.95% only.
