All recruiters joining Adventus are subject to a strict verification process in order to meet the requirements of university partners and obligations to students.
Upon signup, all new accounts start in a “pending” state. You can still add students and set up your team during this period, but you cannot submit applications to institutions.

Verification will be conducted by your Account Management team and normally only takes a few days.
To prepare for verification, please have the following ready:

Full contact details of the address where your business is registered

Business owner and director details

Company registration and GST identification numbers and documents
-
At least two - ideally three - references (name, company, contact number and e-mail)
We may also make a site visit to meet you in person.
Verification is in all of our interests to ensure that only reputable partners operate on the Adventus.io platform.
