Q. Is there an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) between Adventus and the agent to ensure that their student data is secure?

Q. If a recruiter is operating from multiple regions, will they need different agreements for each region?
If you are working from two (2) countries you will need to sign up on our Power Plan. If you are working from more than two countries, you can sign up on our Enterprise plan. We can configure the platform to be able to support you in multiple regions. You will have one platform access for different regions and will be able to recruit from different countries.
Q. If we have offices in more than one country, can we operate the students from these countries using the same platform?
Yes, you can use the same platform to support students spread across multiple locations.
Q. Do you sign contracts with the students?
As part of the application process, students or their guardians are required to sign the 'Student Authorization Form' which seeks their consent for Adventus to share, process and store their personal data for application purposes. More about this can be found in the article, Student Authorization Form.
When a student uses the Student Portal or when you submit their application to Adventus, they agree to our Student Terms. This requires that they provide accurate information and that they don’t attempt to hack our systems or pretend to be someone they aren’t. It also makes it clear that we cannot see any of their personal information until an application is submitted. The student is associated with you, their agent, in our platform. Our staff do not contact students without your express permission.
Q. If a recruiter already has a direct contract with a university, do they still need to apply through Adventus?
We are flexible. If you are in touch with the university, you can apply directly to them. You can also apply through our platform - this way you may find better commission and other benefits.
