In-app Messaging
Contact our Admissions or Visa Services teams regarding your student's applications* via the Students button in the main menu.
Select the relevant student and tap Adventus Chat.
If there are any unread messages this will be highlighted by a red dot indicator.
Select the application to view the relevant chat.
If there are messages that were migrated from before we separated the chat by application, these will appear above a blue divider. New messages will appear below the divider.
At the bottom of the screen, type the message and tap the arrow to send.
* Note: This feature is only available after your student's application has been submitted.
Copy and paste messages
Messages can be copied from one Adventus chat message to a new message or from an Adventus Chat message to any message or text-based app you have on your phone.
To copy a message:

Press and hold the message you would like to copy.

Tap Copy

Tap in the Adventus chat empty text field or in another message or text-based app.

Press and hold to display the prompt to paste

Select Paste
Contact your account manager or members of your team
Contact your Adventus Account Manager or members of your own team by phone or email via the Contacts button in the main menu.
