Q.  What information is included in the platform around Covid 19?

Our platform has COVID-Ready information available for each institution. This can be found on the course cards.


Q.  Does Adventus restrict recruiters working with other agents if they are signed up with Adventus?

There is a very robust process around this. We have a large data entry division that works around the clock to ensure that the platform has all the latest updates.


Q.  Do you have institution-related information on the platform - relating to transportation, crime rate, famous places nearby?

We have a breadth of information on the platform about the institutions and the institutions’ countries.  You can read about the institution by clicking on the course card and then on the ‘About Institution’ tab. Included are the key selling points of that institution and some background details which goes beyond the course information. Included on the course card is information about the institution’s country. We also have dedicated country pages which you can access directly from the home page (via the Countries tab). These country pages provide lots of useful detail about visas, climate, cost of living, working after studying and more.


Q.  How do you ensure the quality of your recruiters/agents?

Our recruitment partners are verified and approved before they can use the platform to submit students.  After joining, we monitor all activity and applications. If we see any suspicious and fraudulent behaviour, we take immediate action to suspend a recruiter’s account and investigate the matter.


Q.  Do you support agents with marketing materials to expand their business?

In the platform, you have access to the Adventus.io partner logo which you can display on your website or your office. This can be found in Knowledgebase under Support, then Partner Branding.


Q.  What is meant by operating countries?

Operating countries are the countries where you source students from. Each subscription plan has a limit to the allowable operating countries. For example, Starter allows you to source students from one country only. If you have operations in more than one country, you can upgrade your subscription plan.
