Commissions Status

This initiative focuses on enhancing Recruiter experience. With this feature they can easily track and understand the status of their commissions related to their successfully converted students.

Workspace Admin and Business Owners can now access a Commissions page which provides details of the student application commission status.

This page can access by: https://app.adventus.io/commissions

The Commissions page allows you to easily track and understand the status of the commissions related to your students' applications.  The page lists all applications where commission is applicable.

Note:  Commissionable applications shown are only for the January 2024 intake and onwards.

Access the Commissions page, via the left hand navigation bar.


The Commissions Page is divided into two sections.

1.  Filters and Sorting

2.  Student list


Filters and Sorting


1.  Search for the student by name, student ID, app ID or email address

2.  Filters  - filter the student list according to intake year, intake month, destination or institution. Once selections have been made, click the  'Apply Filters' button


3.  Columns  - set the columns to show the information about each student that you want to see in the table.

Student List


1.  Student's Name - click to go to the Student's page

2.  Commission Status - shows current status and sub-status of commission processing. Hover over the sub-status to reveal the full details

3.  Remark - this shows any comments entered on the application regarding the commission. Hover over the remark to reveal the full details


When the commission status is updated on an application you will receive an alert advising the change of status.
