Here are the details of our latest updates:

In Students:

  • Copy and paste messages within Adventus chat or to another chat app.

  • Unread messages indicator shown on Adventus Chat

  • Blue bar separating messages sent before we separated out the chat by application and messages sent after we separated out the chat by application.

In Applications:

  • Access Adventus chat from Application progress page

  • Visa processing label in Application progress page

Unread Messages Indicator

You can now easily tell whether you have any unread messages waiting your action as we indicate this on the Adventus Chat button and on the individual application cards.

Copy and Paste Messages

You can copy and paste a message from one Adventus chat message to another or paste the message to another chat app on your phone.

  1. To copy a message:

  2. Press and hold the message you would like to copy.

  3. Tap Copy

  4. Tap in the Adventus chat empty text field or in another message or text-based app.

  5. Press and hold to display the prompt to paste

  6. Select Paste

Blue Migration Bar

We show a blue separator in the chat page to indicate messages that were sent before we separated the chat by application (found above the separator) and those messages sent after we separated the chat by application (found below the separator).

 Access Adventus Chat from Application Progress Summary Page

If you need to send a message to our Admissions team as you check your student's application progress, you can now easily do this from the Application Progress Summary page.

Visa Processing Indicator

We show a visa processing indicator on the Application Progress Summary page. This will read 'Self-Processed Visa' if you will be processing the student's visa for this application yourself or 'Adventus Visa' if Adventus will be processing the visa for the student's application.
