Application Assistant for Students - Overview and Recent Updates
The Adventus.io Student mobile app (version 1) is the ultimate enabler of counsellor-student connectivity. It is designed for your students to easily engage and stay updated with their applications on the go, giving them a best-in-class experience to interact with your business.
Save time and boost customer satisfaction by allowing your students to:
- Connect with you by phone, email or SMS
- View and update their details (name and contact information only)
- Scan and upload any last-minute documents using their mobile camera
- View a list of their submitted courses - increasing transparency for both parents and students.
The app is only available to Growth, Power and Enterprise customers who have their Student Portal switched on. Any information updated on the app is automatically updated on the Student Portal and vice versa.
As with the Student Portal, the student is not able to submit applications via the mobile app. They will need to do this through you, their recruiter.
Please note: There are no contact details for Adventus.io in the Student app. Adventus team members are not able to contact students pre-application and students cannot contact Adventus. Students' details are only accessible by Adventus after the application is submitted.
How does the student download the app?
It's easy for your student to get the app onto their mobile device. Your student uses their Student Portal credentials to log in to the app.
Scan the QR Code below or click one of the links to take you to the relevant store to install the app.
